2005 – who we were:A small, quirky, rental space with barely enough infrastructure to connect to. A few years worth of savings, a bunch of credit card debt, lots of licks of paint and some serious sweat equity, we knew this is absolutely what we wanted to do. We knew very little as to how to go about it, how it was supposed to work, what came next and how exactly one runs their own bar/restaurant. We knew we could do something special as we were “all in and invested”. It was extremely nerve racking but we just knew to stay the course, be ourselves and wear our hearts on our sleeves. When given the choice between quick n’ easy or well thought out and deliberate we always choose the later.

2012 – who we are:

A full-blown restaurant/bar in our new owner/operated space. Still a bunch of credit card debt. An ever-evolving, beautifully designed space with a small creative team who’ve decided this is where they want to be. We provide value and service in the goods we stand behind. We like caffeine. We recycle. We help create good times. We are believers in change. There’s little that we see that’s out of our reach. We love what we do. We know we can do more, and we will…even though well thought out and deliberate takes time.
